MHB have been Dutch masters of steel since 1667. As a 350-year-old family business, they have a long tradition of innovation, craftsmanship and quality. Their founder, Mathijs Henricx, started paving the way for the company as a master blacksmith in the centrally located Dutch village of Herveld. After over three centuries of craftsmanship – in 2003 MHB revolutionised the traditional solid steel window and door industry with the creation of their unique thermally steel profile system – while maintaining the look, strength and feel of solid steel.

The patented thermally insulated solid steel profiles MHB offer have been externally audited according to ISO 15686-2 to have a predicted service life of 100+ years; an unprecedented achievement meaning that when you specify MHB window systems – you are specifying windows and doors for life.
